ChatGPT helps users write text. LetterPilot is intended to guide a correspondence from an incoming document through a response and follow-up. In this private beta that full case file is not built. What works is below. It is not a law firm and not legal advice. Review every draft before you send it, and ask a qualified professional when the matter needs one.

Problem: An official letter arrives. Dates, amounts and the next action are easy to miss, and the file is left unfinished.

What it does: Today: take a photo or choose one from the gallery, confirm the facts, copy a draft reply. Later: the same file stays open until the matter is closed.

Beta now: Working: paste letter text; detect one date and one CHF, EUR or USD amount when the pattern matches; confirm them; copy a template reply in English, French, German or Italian. A photo can be taken or chosen and stays on the device. It is not read into text. Nothing is sent.

Finished product: Planned, not in this beta: a Resolution Pack with reliable sender and obligation extraction, a case timeline, missing-information checks, PDF or Word export, saved history, deadline monitoring, follow-up and escalation letters, and adding a received reply to the same case.
