Vinod led seven cross-functional international initiatives across relevant Labcorp roles, involving Geneva, Indianapolis, Singapore, China, Japan, India and Belgium.
Worked with Data Revision, Project Management and the Resulting Center to review and simplify workflows relating to calculated laboratory results, reduce unnecessary complexity and improve cross-functional coordination.
