Unified interdepartmental request-intake platform

Led the standardization of intake requests submitted to Data Revision from Project Management, Data Management, Investigator Support/Call Center, internal laboratory departments and Specimen Management. Defined a unified request process, required attachments and operational routing logic; partnered with IT Application Support to build a simplified intake platform; and coordinated global rollout and user training. The platform eliminated request ambiguity and reduced time spent clarifying incomplete submissions. Centralizing requests on a global cloud-based platform allowed incoming work to be picked up by the next active site after another location closed at 5 PM, transforming Data Revision into a 24/7 global operation and significantly improving turnaround efficiency.
