Led a cross-functional initiative across Project Management sub-departments to review job descriptions, responsibilities and role titles, clarify ownership and improve role alignment across the organization. Leadership approved and implemented the recommendations, eliminating ambiguity and confusion among Project Coordinators, Regional Coordinators, Client Coordinators and Project Managers globally.
