Four examples from seven international process-improvement initiatives led across my Labcorp roles, involving Geneva, Indianapolis, Singapore, China, Japan, India and Belgium. These examples describe historical operational and process improvements, rather than AI projects.
Mapped the end-to-end clinical-study data-lock process and removed duplicated work. Leadership approved the changes, releasing approximately 480 hours of operational capacity annually in Geneva alone.
Led a cross-functional review of job descriptions, responsibilities and titles. Leadership implemented the recommendations, clarifying responsibilities among Project Coordinators, Regional Coordinators, Client Coordinators and Project Managers globally.
Worked with Data Revision, Project Management and the Resulting Center to simplify calculated laboratory-result workflows and improve coordination between teams.
Standardized requests into Data Revision and partnered with IT to build a simplified intake platform. Enabled 24/7 follow-the-sun operations beyond local 5 PM closing times, improving turnaround efficiency.
