LetterPilot is a personal portfolio project, not a client product and not legal advice.
Working now. The reviewed tool shows sample letters and accepts pasted letter text. It detects one date-like phrase and one CHF, EUR or USD amount when the text matches a simple pattern. The user confirms those facts, then copies a template reply in the selected language: English, French or German. Nothing is sent from the tool. On this website’s beta, a photo can be taken or chosen from the gallery; the photo stays on the device and is not read into text.
Not working. It does not reliably extract the sender or a required action from an arbitrary letter. It does not keep a file open, record replies, or track follow-up until the matter is closed. Those remain plans.
